Terms of use

These terms govern use of the RBT Practice website, web app and mobile apps, published by DAHMANI LIMITED.

Educational use

RBT Practice is an independent study aid. It does not provide clinical, legal, supervisory, certification or employment advice and does not replace required training, qualified supervision, the current RBT Handbook, the Ethics Code or the Test Content Outline.

RBT Practice is an independent study tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by the BACB. “RBT” and “BACB” are trademarks of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Content is aligned to the 2026 RBT Test Content Outline (3rd edition). All questions are original, not recalled, leaked or previously administered BACB exam items. No score or feature guarantees exam eligibility, a passing result, certification or employment.

Web subscriptions

Premium on the web is sold as a yearly or monthly subscription and paid through Stripe. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal, linked from your account in the web app; canceling stops future renewals.

Premium on the web is linked to your signed-in Google account. Sign in with the same account to restore your subscription in another browser. Existing access links can be linked to an account from the Account page. Keep access links private; sharing them with others is not permitted.

App subscriptions

Premium in the iPhone, iPad and Android apps is offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The price, billing period, any introductory offer, taxes and eligibility are shown by your store before purchase. App subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Billing and refunds

Billing, cancellation and refund requests are handled under these terms, the applicable store policies for in-app purchases and applicable consumer law. We may change future pricing or included features; changes do not override rights already granted for a paid billing period.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use RBT Practice. Do not copy, resell, scrape, mass-export, reverse engineer, bypass access controls or use the content to create a competing question bank except where law expressly permits. Content and branding belong to DAHMANI LIMITED or its licensors. Third-party marks remain their owners' property.

Availability and liability

We work to keep content accurate and available but may correct, update, suspend or discontinue features. To the maximum extent allowed by law, RBT Practice is provided without guarantees beyond mandatory consumer rights, and DAHMANI LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Law and contact
