Billing questions
How do I pay?
Through Stripe Checkout. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and are never stored by RBT Practice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your account in the web app and choose to manage your subscription; this opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel, change your card and download invoices. Canceling stops future renewals.
Does Premium renew automatically?
Yes. The yearly plan ($29.99) renews every year and the monthly plan ($6.99) renews every month until you cancel.
Can I use Premium on more than one device?
Yes. After you subscribe, copy the access link from your account and open it in another browser or on another device to unlock Premium there.
Is web Premium the same as a subscription in the iPhone or Android app?
They are billed separately. Web Premium is billed by Stripe. Subscriptions bought inside the iPhone or Android app are billed and managed by Apple or Google in your store account.
What if I have a billing problem?
Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and a short description. Refund requests are handled under our terms and applicable consumer law.
